"I’m going to be bringing the most important part of my north London pottery studio to O Pioneers .
You’ll get to use all my favourite glazes and underglazes, see myvintage picture flower books that you might want to use for inspiration and and most importantly i’ll show you my painting techniques i’ve learnt over 40 years of making pottery .
Each person will have two porcelain mugs to decorate . I will then take all the mugs back to my studio and cover each one with a transparent stoneware glaze. Once they come out the kiln I will hand paint 24 karat gold lustre scallops onto the inside rim of each mug. This will make them sparkle .
My aim for this workshop is that you get to create two wonderful
mugs that give you pleasure everyday and hopefully you will have for a lifetime !

Your pieces will be available to collect either from our store or for £10 we can send them safely and securely in the post (you can decide this when at the workshop & after!).
Please let us know of any dietary requirements ASAPso we can factor this in to our catering for the event!
