For UK orders this is fulfilled by Royal Next Business Day service or CSM themselves for parts of central London.
Orders must be placed by 12 Noon for next business day delivery
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £300.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped with a tracking number and the fulfilment partner.
Orders that are in stock will be sent out the same day (ordered before 12noon) or next business day. Orders received on Friday or made over the weekend will be sent out the following Monday. (Excluding Bank Holidays).
Please bear in mind that some of our items are made to order. This will be clear when you order, so please expect approximately two weeks from placing an order before you receive these items. We will let you know if this is the case and keep you updated on timings.
We deliver to many countries worldwide. Country delivery options and prices can be seen when ordering. Most international deliveries are sent via UPS or DHL . Delivery times can take up to 7 working days under normal circumstances but are usually much less.

IMPORTANT: International orders may incur import duties and taxes which you will be charged in addition and which can vary depending on the country and the value of the order. These will be collected by the carrier before delivery can be made. Many international countries allow items to be imported duty free from the UK often up to a limited value. Please check the status in your country.

For international orders, any import duties and taxes paid at the point of delivery are non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange, except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. As these charges are paid to the destination country's customs authorities, they cannot be reclaimed by us.
