We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £300. With our ‘standard service’ delivery will take 3-4 working days.
Please place orders by 12 Noon for ‘next day delivery’.
We use CSM Logistics www.csmlogistics.co.uk for all our shipping. For UK orders this is usually fulfilled by Evri, Parcel Force or CSM themselves if London based.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped with a tracking number and the fulfillment partner.
Orders that are in stock will be sent out the same day (ordered before 12noon) or next business day. Orders received on Friday or made over the weekend will be sent out the following Monday. (Excluding Bank Holidays).
Please bear in mind that some of our items are made to order. This will be clear when you order, so please expect at least two weeks from placing an order before you receive these items. We will let you know if this is the case and keep you updated on timings.
We now deliver to a number of countries worldwide. Country delivery options and prices can be seen when ordering. Most international deliveries are sent via UPS. Delivery times can take up to 7 working days under normal circumstances but are usually much less.
Duties & Taxes
Prices shown are for delivery only and do not include individual country import duties and taxes which you will be charged in addition and which can vary between 20-40% of the value of the order. These will be collected by the carrier before delivery can be made.
